In 2008 Easy ICT and its holding Company Gold are going to operate an important reorganization of the Group, focusing Franco Colaiacovo Gold Sapa Holding on the assets of cement and concrete core business and, more in general, on the Financo shareholding.

Gold Holding Srl is the new holding company of Franco Colaiacovo’s family for the diversified activities which have constantly grown during the last years.

Nowadays initiatives are active in the sectors of plastic pipes, new technologies and in particular telephony and information technology, civil and industrial plant engineering, mining activity with gold and iron oxide multimetallic vocation.
